RETURN POLICIES
Because all products in the Shop category are created and custom printed custom, just for you, there are no returns unless the product is delivered to you with a defect.
PLEASE NOTE: Ordering the wrong size is not a defect.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received.
Take a picture (or pictures) to document the misprinted/damaged/defect and send to he***@ch**********.com along with a copy of your initial receipt as it has all the relevant information needed to begin a replacement product at no cost to you. Product Return in subject line.
Packages sent out from our facility in Canada are returned to: Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada. For all products, except for books, this address should be used for product returns.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our printing facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Books returns: if your order arrives with damage, a printing defect, or is an incorrect book, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist you. Please attach a digital image showing the defect or damage along with the order number to he***@ch**********.com with Book Return in the subject line.
Privacy
Directly from You. The information collected is what you have provided. Such as when you make a purchase; contact us; sign up to receive monthly bulletin, or otherwise engage in direct communication with us.
Payment Processors. Information regarding your purchases and payments is shared with billing and payment processing services, fraud detection and prevention services, so that we can provide our Services to you. No payment information is stored.
Providing our Services. Where you are a User of our Services, we will use data collected as is necessary to fulfill our contract with you for the purposes of providing, maintaining, or improving our products and Services. We will confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support to operate your account with us and invoice you.
Consent. There are instances where we collect specific information for a specific purpose based on your consent. This includes when you have given your consent when subscribing to our monthly bulletin or blog, or shared your email address or other personal data with us to receive any other information or have services provided to you.
We will process identifiers such as your email address as necessary to send you the informative and/or promotional materials, to which you have subscribed to, for example, monthly bulletin, advertisements of our Services and other information about our Services that you have requested.
We use your information to engage in communications with you, such as to respond to your requests, inquiries, issues, and feedback, to engage in meetings, and to provide customer service.
We do not knowingly collect, maintain, disclose, or sell personal information about customers.
